BIOGRAPHY
I am a life long resident of the Tri-state area. My educational background includes an Associates Degree in Engineering Physics, a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with a minor in music. In addition, I have taken many financial, economic and mortgage related courses over the years. I worked as a New York Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for 8 years and have been in the Mortgage Loan Origination Business for 13 years. I continue to educate myself and learn on a consistent basis keeping myself in tune with the forever changing world of Real Estate, the Mortgage Industry and of course, the economy. My knowledge and professionalism makes me an invaluable resource to my Clientele.

As implied in my mission statement, I am a dedicated professional in the mortgage profession. I provide the very best help and guidance to my clientele by providing a unique approach in helping them obtain the very best mortgage for each individual circumstance. My goal is to develop long standing, high trust relationships and to become a resource for many aspects of both my clienteles’ and strategic partners’ lives. This website is designed to be a comprehensive vehicle to help me accomplish that goal.

My Team

Karole Pearce: Karole is my personal Assistant and Team Captain. She adds an additional layer of insurance that your Mortgage Loan Process Experience exceeds everyone’s expectations, even
mine. Her many responsibilities include keeping a pro-active approach to the entire process. She continually keeps everyone who is involved in the transaction properly informed on each of all the critical stages of the mortgage process; following a proven checklist for excellence. She insures all components of the mortgage process are being handled correctly and efficiently. Karole is also an extension of me; she works very closely with
me and is available on a daily basis for many of the day to day business operations.

Nicole Brock: Most times when you call my office Nicole will be the first person you speak with. Technically, she is our receptionist. However, she is far more than that. She works closely with Karole and me in many aspects of the operation of our office. She is a valued member of our team; she handles a multitude of day to day tasks and general office operations. She insures all faxed documentation get expedited to its proper place promptly, she insures proper inter office communications. She routes calls to the proper individual to assist each given situation.

Michelle Zickfeld: Michelle’s responsibilities include analyzing each borrower's loan application and determining exactly what credit documentation is needed from each customer in order to properly approve and close the mortgage loan. Michelle explains in detail all mortgage documentation issued from GMAC Mortgage. She’s in regular contact with the borrower to insure that they have a clear understanding of exactly what is required of them in order to expedite the mortgage process.

Closing Attorney: The Closing Attorney reviews the Title Report to insure all legal aspects of the property involved is in proper order so as to be able to close your mortgage loan. They work in conjuction with your attorney and are involved in officially scheduling your loan to close, once your mortgage loan and Title Report have been completely processed and cleared for closing. Upon application you will be given the contact information of your closing attorney.
